Letters for Your Business

Introductory, Sales, Reactivation and More

There are many types of letter that your business needs. This may or may not include every day letters. But, it would certainly include any promotional letters that you would send. Are you offering a new service that you want to announce? Do you have former customers that you want to reactivate? These are just a few of the possibilities.

If you have former customers that you would like to work with again, a reactivation letter can be a great way to get their attention once more. We all have customers that we really liked and want to work with on a recurring basis. Some businesses are much more prone to repeat business. But, all businesses that I've worked with could benefit from reactivating customers. In some cases I can even help you find creative and positive ways to gather customer information which will allow you to get in touch with customers on a periodic basis. You don't want to "bother" customers too frequently, but it is good to send them useful information periodically. This gives them something special and keeps you and your business name in front of them.

Are you adding new services to your business? That is an idea time to get in touch with past and present customers. It is also a good time to search for new customers. There are a number of ways to share the information with customers and I can work through the possibilities with you.

These are just a couple of examples of ways that you can use promotional letters in your business.

The letter shown below was sent to my networking colleagues and other business associates who I felt could benefit from the services I offer.

Re: Introduction of S & C Consulting

Dear ,

I would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to my business. S & C Consulting has been in operation for eight years. During that time, I worked on my business part time while working other full time management and marketing jobs. This offered me a chance to further hone my skills to create the business I envisioned.

I have a website to promote S & C Consulting, at www.sandcconsulting.com. These pages give details about the employment background that helped me build the experience needed to make S & C a success. I began managing and reorganizing businesses when I was 19 years old. For the better part of the last 20 years, I gathered experiences in a wide variety of businesses as shown on my webpage, at www.sandcconsulting.com/resume.htm.

I met you during my time with Prestige Contracting and BNI. I ask you to consider the business owners you know. How many of these people struggle to make ends meet? Who do you know that would like to start a business, but doesn’t know where to start? Are there business owners that you know who would like to increase their business and would benefit from reorganizing their business and developing a marketing plan? I can help these people. Even people who have been in business for years can benefit from a fresh outlook along with a new business and marketing plan.

For my friends and yours, I will offer a no charge consultation to discuss their concerns and needs. After meeting with them, I can prepare a short report with some ideas for their business. There is a small fee for this service. At that point I can discuss the possibilities with them and discuss consulting fees, once their needs are identified.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact me. I would like to thank you for your time and invite you to check my website for further information. If there is anything I can do for you, feel free to contact me. I can also be reached at (xxx) xxx-xxxx.

Sincerely,

Shri Henkel
